I am beginning to think that my crazy life will never be anything but, crazy. What I thought would be a routine day was just crazy. My stove and my microwave oven hood were supposed to be delivered today. The fact that they were being installed by different people should have alerted me. I have waited four months for this day and could have waited longer, but the time I spent on the phone almost negated the desire to have an oven that actually works. The oven was delivered and put in, although the gas line was not tested for leaks and the tip proof pieces were not installed in my presence. I only read about them after the tech's had left. And oh, did you know if you want the "free" broiler pan, you have to send a card off for it and pay $15.00 to have it shipped. Amazing! Anyway I have multiple broier pans which I have never used! I normally grill, not broil. The microwave hood is being delivered Saturday due to failure of the Sears store to notify the contractor installing it. When I called Sears this AM the bookings were full until Saturday. Of course the salesperson telling me on the phone this morning, that it would be today, and that he would get back to me in five minutes, actually took over two hours. It took several phone calls which just interrupted what I was doing. Enough!!!
I managed to salvage part of the day, but am really tired tonight. I have another picture of my stamp room. I did not get any more pictures taken of the room taken today. I will be happy when I get some more on the walls. I got some really cute Stampin'Up! stencils. My favorite is Cheep Cheep! I am going to stencil one of the walls when I can decide which one! Did you know Stampin'Up! has stencils? I worked on cards and tags tonight and am showing the group picture. I did not feel like fixing multiple pictures in Adobe tonight. The cards went relatively fast, the tags a little more time as they were tedious, the tying of the bows taking the longest. I do love the stamp set and punch combinations. I hope to get more of these done for my Etsy shop. These are for my craft show. The days are counting down!! A shout out to Donna over at Butternut Sage Designs. Check out Donna's beautiful creations. She commented yesterday that she might try a Christmas tree like Leonie. I will be happy to get my new tree finished. They are a lot of work!!! Oh! There is a small garland coming tomorrow night!!!
