I said in my last post that I had another card using the Tuesday Trigger. This is actually the third card I made, but is similar to the card last night. I am posting it to the Moxie Fab World Blog because I wanted you to see how changing to a different medium with handmade flowers instead of designer paper ones ,could change the look and feel of your card!
I used a Rose Red card base and added a white embossed mat, this time using the sofa slip cover. I then added flowers made out of vellum which I sponged in inks. Tonight was my play night, so I played at making flowers. They take practice and one can never have to much practice time. I also used vellum to make the butterflies. This card was a little tedious as the vellum is a little tricky to work with. Do you like this version better than yesterday? The card is for all of you out there in blogland who are looking forward to spring. It has been gray here most of the week, humid and warm. But, it could be worse as this is February! My flowers are starting to put on leaves and the birds are out! I have been working outside the last few days getting all the pruning done. It will take me a long time to clear my vegetable garden area, but you know, one day at a time! Have a wonderful Sunday! Take some time out and relax.
