The week has gone by so fast that I am so behind! This week's Tuesday Trigger over on the Moxie Fab World Blog, is entitled Button, Button! Aren't these beautiful napkin holders? I can image them is bright colors for your Easter table! Please go by and check out the challenge and play along!
Button, button reminds me of the game we used to play as children, Button, button, who's got the button? Do you remember the game? I based my card on the trigger photo and the game. I used a Kraft card base, a Marina Mist mat and a white center piece. I embossed my blue to have an exaggerated look of the weave of the cloth napkins, I paper pierced around the edge of the card like the edging on the napkins, and I stitched the white to mimic the edges on the button card.The silhouette image is carrying an egg basket, the hiding and finding, and my row of colorful buttons represents all the buttons found. I added friends as my sentiment and twine and ribbons. I have used more color and taken license with the photo, but that is what a trigger is for! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. The only thing I am not having is enough light to take the best picture. I guess it is time to try and set something else up! Enjoy!
