This week over on the City Crafter Challenge Blog, challenge #62 is brought by Cheryl, "You're #1!!!". The #1 or the word first must be in your project. This was a hard one for me to visualize, but I finally got my card made. You still have time so check out the designer's projects and play along.
I used a kraft card base, added an Early Expresso and Regal Rose dotted dsp mats. My dsp has a lace border edged with pearls and a thin Early Expresso ribbon. The white mat is dry embossed and edged with a lacey border in Early Expresso. The cake has Regal Rose frosting, Chocolate and cream dotted dsp cake and a Regal Rose cake pedestal. #1 tops the cake, with Amazing, Thoughtful, Sweet, Wonderful, Genuine...You!There is a lot of texture on this card. I always love the interest that texture creates. Hope your Saturday has been a good one and you enjoy this card.
