How was your Friday? I have slowed down the past few days, but did get some wash done as well as my kitchen cleaned up. This afternoon I finished up the card started last night, then went on to work on a DT project. It all takes time, but is well worth it.
Tonight I bring you this small card. I always need note cards to put in with orders or just a thank you for someone special. The card base is 3" x 4 1/4", just the perfect size for this die cut. I can always water color when I feel bad, as well as fussy cutting. Maree asked me last week about fussy cutting. All of these flowers require the same kind of cutting. I use my black snips from Stampin'Up!. All cuts are started with the scissors wide open and the card stock at the back. I rotatethe card stock as I cut making small cuts. I will try this weekend to take pictures and explain, Maree. You can cut even the smallest bit, it just means you have to know where it flies if you lose it! this card has no sentiment so I can decided what I want to use it for later, but I love the beautiful colors.
I got a postcard yesterday from Singapore! Kirsty recently went home and mailed this to me, she knows how much I loved visiting Singapore many years ago. It is one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Food and shopping, what more could a gal want? A fabulous airport! Thanks, Kirsty.
Well that is all for tonight, I hope to start working on the parasol again, but I will be back with a project tomorrow night. Have a wonderful Saturday.
