I have been thinking a lot lately about where my time goes. I can not seem to get done all that I would like to do and somedays, it seems like I get nothing done at all. I have been gardening, but even so not a lot of that gets done, I must be slowing down!
I started making some tags this afternoon and finished one and am almost finished with another. I took a break to look at the retired products list on Stampin'Up! and the 12 pages took me two hours to go through. I never got back in the craft room as I fixed supper then took the cats out to water the garden. So tonight I am just posting one tag, a time tag. I used scraps that were on my table. I used two card stocks as a base, kraft and Soft Suede. I glued them together then ran them through a Tim Holtz clock Face embossing folder. I rubbed with Early Expresso ink. Next I punched a circle and a partial circlefrom a leftover piece from a digital image from Maps #59, THATB(from my Papercraft Star frog card). I added a circle punched with a stamped flower scrap, die cut letters in my box inked with black, a stamped key, and some leftover butterflies, one vellum and two Blush Blossom rubbed with Poppy Parade ink. I added a piece of Pool Party cs and a piece of Tempting Turquoise dotted dsp to the back and three scraps of ribbon at the top. So for a time filled scrap tag, what do you like about it? My tag is 3" x 5 1/4".
It was 93 today and pretty humid, but I managed to get mulch out, trim leaves off the tomatoes, my plants are around 5' now and are loaded. I have enjoyed a few red and a few yellow cherry and grape tomatoes! So far, no pesky mice are eating them! the beans are blooming, so the garden is doing well this year. Have a wonderful Thursday!
