Happy Tuesday! This week over on the ColourQ, Arielle has chosen some fun and happy colors for us to work with this week. They are Raspberry Ripple, Primrose Petals, Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade and white. The lovely flowers on the photo remind me spring is coming. With spring I thought of rain showers and everyone needs a fun and colorful umbrella! My personal favorite is the Lucky Limeade one on my card! Can't wait to see what you do this week.
This card has a Calypso Coral card base and is matted in the same color dsp. I added a white mat with lots of hearts, dry embossed and stamped. The umbrellas are stamped in three colors then fussy cut, the handles and sentiment stamped in Raspberry Ripple.I decided to make a lovely shaped card with rounded corners, only two just for interest.
We have been enjoying the lovely showers in the early morning. As we get ready to plant in the garden, it is so nice to see the results of the rain. Hope you enjoy your Tuesday. I will be back again Wednesday at 5 am with my project for the Papercraft Star. Have a wonderful crafty day!
