Did you survive Superbowl Sunday? I spent the afternoon crafting with the TV on so I could see the best parts. I really did not have a team, but flet sorry for the losing team after the ned of the game wa riddled with questionable non calls! However my crafting was much more enjoyable. Today I finished up my last DT card and started a card to post. This card is made up of mostly scraps sitting on my table. Amazing how extra things can make such a lovely card.
Card base is Pool Party with just the edge showing on the left. It is matted with the paper pierced, blue piece at the bottom(scrap), a new piece of lace tape, and a bottom stamped border(scrap left from a fall card). The hearts, the flower, the butterflies, and the sentiment were also in a small pile os scraps on my desk. I did cut three snips of ribbon and the cloud embossed piece was left over from a DT card I made today. I had to have two because I built the card on top of the other piece and had to have a second piece to glue on so I would not forget the arrangement. Love these bright and cheery colors.
Spring is is the air again today. It is 73 outside! I am getting spring fever for sure! Hope your Monday has been a good one. I will be back 5am, Tuesday with another colourQ challenge.
