The days are flying by...it's February already, wonder if the ground hog will see his shadow! I have had a slow craft week, but I have been busy. I had to put to rest my floor steam cleaner today. It has been a good one for 12 years, so I guess I am lucky. You probably think I am crazy or just lost it, but have you seen the Swiffer commercials? Anyway, I am now behind in my floor cleaning. Tonight, however I managed a card though I am not totally happy with it.
I used a pink card base as it was already cut, matted it with a piece of dsp and white cs. I ran through the hexagon ef and added pieces of dsp and some fussy cut hearts. The jar is filled with the candy hearts that I never liked but always thought they were pretty. I added baker's twine in pink and green and a Valentine tag. This is a fun card, so I guess it doesn't have to be perfect!
Well, it is late and I am off to bed. My husband was gone all week, business trip to Mexico City. I think I would have been freaked out if I had read the news that there was an explosion Thursday at the companies office where my husband was visiting. Fortunately he was at the airport, his flight delayed, but never the less, home safe! And you wonder what I did all week! Have a wonderful Saturday.
