Hello, it's Tuesday, but I am not here with a ColourQ post....still MIA, but with a note for you!...I have been working on my items to list in my Etsy shop and the days have been so busy. Thanksgiving was a fun day, but that is now just a blur. We went from very mild and warmish weather to an arctic blast with freezing temperatures. My plants and trees survived, yes I still have some lemons. I am slowly preparing for Christmas as well, taking advantage of Amazon Prime to get gifts where they need to go.
The only photo I have for you is the makings of some steak fajita grill that we made the other night for my famous fajita burritos. Instead of wrapping this up in a flour tortilla, I put sour cream on the tortilla then add some homemade pinto beans, avocado, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese, top with grated cheese and heat it in the microwave....It makes for a filling and scrumptious meal! Don't you wish you were here?
Fajita grill is steak, red onion, and sweet yellow and red peppers. My husband and I can no longer eat hot food....but this tastes wonderful anyway! Well, if you live where it is cold, maybe even snowing...get your skillet out and cook up a warm meal! I will try and make a
Christmas card or project for my next post...and I promise it won't take another month to do one. Thanks for stopping by...take care, stay warm and don't let the seasonpass you by.
